Job Description
AlphaSense is seeking a Compliance Surveillance Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting content generation while protecting clients from potentially sensitive information. The Compliance Surveillance Analyst will gain extensive knowledge of AlphaSense's compliance program to facilitate the review of expert call transcripts. The role requires agility and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
What this role involves:
- Detecting and resolving instances of material nonpublic and confidential information.
- Completing due diligence review of each call.
- Conducting advanced research of financial reports and regulatory filings.
- Proactively managing internal and external communications.
- Performing administrative tasks, including data input and tracking.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or compliance/financial/business analyst is preferred.
- Strong research and analysis skills.
- Acute attention to detail and strong reading comprehension.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
