Job Description
Invisible Technologies, an AI training and scaling partner, is seeking a Senior Counsel, Employment and Labor Compliance. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced lawyer to lead an employment and labor law practice within a dynamic, hyper-growth technology company. The Senior Counsel will collaborate with the Head of Legal to steer a world-class employment framework that supports Invisible's expanding international presence. Responsibilities:
  • Lead Invisible’s global employment, labor, and compliance strategy
  • Spearhead the Future of Work in AI through scaling talent marketplaces, navigating U.S. and international employment law and compliance
  • Actively counsel teams cross-functionally to maintain our gold-standard to marketplace compliance
  • Drive and maintain our global labor compliance framework that enables seamless proactive adjustments in response to evolving regulations across jurisdictions
  • Leverage your deep expertise in talent marketplaces, agile workforce programs, and enterprise solutions to drive diverse and high-quality talent at scale.
Requirements:
  • Deep Expertise in International Employment and Labor Law
  • Proven Compliance Experience

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in employment and/or labor law, and experience working on international talent mobility
