Hudl is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join its Human Performance group. In this role, the Lead Software Engineer will provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and deliver impactful solutions for athletes and sports teams. The Lead Software Engineer will define technical strategy, champion system architecture, and foster a culture of experimentation. They will also own complex projects, mentor engineers, and foster a supportive team environment.

Requirements:
- A product focus with a track record of delivering products at scale.
- Technical expertise in full-stack engineering and cloud-based systems.

- Experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, React, MongoDB and/or AWS is an asset.
