The Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing and building applications using JavaScript, contributing to the development of cloud-native solutions for enterprise clients.
The role involves:
Supporting component design, development, and maintenance.
Assisting with defining structured practices for source code management, building, and deployment.
Designing and implementing data storage solutions.
Optimising application performance for speed and scalability.
Gathering feedback from users and clients to build effective solutions.
Assisting with the analysis of client requirements.
Collaborating with client teams.
Requirements include:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English.
Significant experience as a Senior Developer, with Node.js experience being essential.
Practical experience in delivering in an agile environment.
Deep knowledge of the JavaScript language and frameworks, including Node.js and React/js.
Deep understanding of version control tools like Git.
Testing experience at all levels (unit, integration, end-to-end).
Practical experience working with databases, especially SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
Experience with automation, CI, and CD.
Experience building software collaboratively using pull requests and code reviews.
