Job Description
Nearform is seeking a Client Principal to drive new business development efforts within their North American team. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and securing new enterprise clients by selling custom software development services. The Client Principal will manage the full sales journey, from prospecting to contract negotiation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Role involves:
  • Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Leading complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborating with technical experts to develop tailored solutions.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Representing Nearform at industry events and conferences.


Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in selling complex custom software development projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and nurture existing accounts.
  • Strong interest in new business development with a hunter mindset.
  • Deep understanding of software development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.
  • Strong team player.
  • Willingness to travel.
