Pula is seeking a VP of Product & Technology to lead its product strategy and oversee the development of scalable, customer-focused technology solutions. This role involves driving both product vision and technical execution for Pula's data solutions and insurance products, while managing the continuous improvement of their technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a product leader who understands technology deeply and is excited about creating solutions that drive real-world impact.

As VP Product, the candidate will shape and execute Pula's product and tech strategy, ensuring solutions meet market needs and deliver scalable platforms for data collection, processing, analysis, and insights. They will define the product vision, drive innovation, and ensure technology solutions meet market demands while pushing the boundaries of what's possible with emerging technologies like AI.

Responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing the product vision and technology roadmap.
• Leading the introduction of data as a product.
• Overseeing the product lifecycle from conception to market launch.
• Building and maintaining integrated product platforms for data collection, processing, and visualization.
• Guiding the development of customer-facing dashboards and backend systems.
• Engaging with clients to understand their challenges and translate their needs into compelling product solutions.
• Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing product and tech team.
• Working closely with the ExCo to align priorities and deliverables.
