Group Finance Manager

Job Description

Yondr, a global data center developer, is seeking a Group Finance Manager for a newly created role. The role is responsible for managing all global statutory financial statement filings, ensuring timely preparation, audit, and filing by the group and regional finance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Own global statutory financial statements compliance process and framework.
• Build and maintain detailed annual global financial statements timetable.
• Ensure adherence to agreed timetable/deadlines.
• Assist regional teams with audit issues.
• Maintain Corporation Tax filing deadline timetable.
• Provide weekly updates to Group FC and CFO.
• Assist in design and implementation of group wide insurance management framework.
• Involved in special accounting projects.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CA).
• 5+ years’ experience in audit/financial reporting roles.
• Technically competent accountant; strong IFRS knowledge.
• International exposure with financial statement preparation experience.
• Strong presentation, analytical, people management, communication, and organisation skills.
• Self-motivated, problem solver.
