Salsify, a leader in commerce infrastructure, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to enhance and optimize their Salesforce.com instance. The Business Systems Analyst will join a collaborative team and play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions, guiding cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery.Salsify's Business Systems team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to enhance, manage, and optimize our Salesforce.com instance and broader business systems ecosystem. You’ll join a collaborative team of analysts, administrators, and developers who work closely together to support Salsify’s go-to-market and customer teams. As a member of the team, you’ll play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions, guiding cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The role involves: - Facilitating discovery sessions and gathering requirements.
- Designing and customizing Salsify’s Salesforce instance.
- Implementing and supporting the tech stack, including Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, CPQ, Gainsight, and Kimble.
- Driving process improvement through automation and system enhancements.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions.
- Maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Supporting data governance and promoting best practices.
Requirements: - 3+ years in a Business Systems Analyst role.
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
- Experience with CPQ, Gainsight, Kimble, or similar tools.
- Strong ability to engage business partners and translate needs into solutions.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
