Salsify is seeking a Retail Success Manager to foster relationships with major retailers and distributors in North America. This role involves strategic account management and high visibility within the company. Manage business relationships with Retail & B2B/ Distributor customers.
Create and manage account success plans.
Cultivate relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the retailer’s item lifecycle.
Partner with Salsify’s Services, Product & Engineering teams.
Drive brand adoption through joint marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities for brands to improve omnichannel experience.
Requirements:
Experience in driving ROI-focused customer success programs.
Experience working with Retailers or Distributors.
5+ years in customer-facing, problem-solving positions.
Comfortable with ambiguity.
High Emotional Intelligence.
Experience in client services, business development, or solutions engineering.
