Decathlon is seeking a Support Engineer - Application Manager (Alternance) to join their API Management team. This team is crucial to Decathlon's digital transformation, managing a high volume of exchanges and sensitive APIs. The team consists of 15 people with Ops, Dev, and Support profiles.
The Support team is responsible for assisting Decathlon Digital teams in using the API Management platform. This includes tool administration, training, support, quality monitoring, and documentation.
As a Support Engineer, the candidate will assist users with product onboarding and issue resolution, respond to inquiries via a ticketing system, participate in validating new product versions, train users on tools and standards, report functional and technical needs to the Product Owner, and contribute to user communication through newsletters and user groups.
