Job Description

Decathlon is seeking a Support Engineer - Application Manager (Alternance) to join their API Management team. This team is crucial to Decathlon's digital transformation, managing a high volume of exchanges and sensitive APIs. The team consists of 15 people with Ops, Dev, and Support profiles.

The Support team is responsible for assisting Decathlon Digital teams in using the API Management platform. This includes tool administration, training, support, quality monitoring, and documentation.

As a Support Engineer, the candidate will assist users with product onboarding and issue resolution, respond to inquiries via a ticketing system, participate in validating new product versions, train users on tools and standards, report functional and technical needs to the Product Owner, and contribute to user communication through newsletters and user groups.

Role Involves:

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an engineering school, specialized school, or university in computer science, seeking a 2-year apprenticeship.
  • Interest in learning about an essential tool in the information system used in many international companies.
  • Desire to work on an up-to-date and growing platform at Decathlon.
  • Enjoy interacting with users in a multi-country context.
  • B2 level or equivalent in English.
  • Agile mindset focused on continuous improvement and collective intelligence.
