Decathlon Digital is seeking a motivated Support Engineer apprentice to join their team in Lille or Paris. This role involves providing support to Decathlon's collaborators, helping them to use tools and systems effectively. The apprentice will analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions. They will also be responsible for writing and updating technical documentation.
Role Involves:
Responding to support requests from collaborators.
Helping collaborators resolve IT issues.
Analyzing incidents and identifying root causes.
Implementing appropriate solutions.
Writing and updating technical documentation.
Participating in projects to improve support tools and processes.
Requirements:
An interest in IT and new technologies.
Good basic IT knowledge (operating systems, networks, office software, etc.).
Curiosity, motivation, and a desire to learn.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate on technical projects.
