Decathlon Digital is seeking a Junior Support Engineer for an apprenticeship role. This role is based in either Lille or Paris, France. The Support Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Decathlon's systems and supporting internal teams.
The role involves a variety of tasks to assist colleagues in effectively using Decathlon's tools and systems. The candidate will work under the guidance of experts, evolving in a stimulating environment to develop skills and gain autonomy.
Role Involves:
Responding to support requests from employees and assisting them in resolving IT issues.
Analyzing incidents reported by users, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
Writing and updating technical documentation and user procedures.
Participating in projects to improve support tools and processes as needed.
Requirements:
A strong interest in IT and new technologies.
Good basic knowledge of IT (operating systems, networks, office software, etc.).
Curiosity, motivation, and a desire to learn alongside an expert team.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate on stimulating technical projects.
A desire to help others and a good sense of service.
Rigor, organization, and a good analytical mind for problem-solving.
Interest in cloud environments and DevOps practices, or willingness to discover them.
