Senior Cloud network devops (f/m/d)

Job Description

Decathlon Digital is seeking a Senior Cloud Network DevOps Tech Lead to join its Core Network team. This team is responsible for combining network expertise with DevOps practices to streamline operations, enhance automation, foster collaboration, and deliver reliable, secure, and scalable network services. The Tech Lead will be a technical reference point, driving the technical vision, mentoring the team, and leading high-impact initiatives.

Role involves:

• Piloting the technical roadmap for network components in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Serving as the main point of contact for complex and critical issues.
• Mentoring and supporting the team's Ops members.
• Championing modern engineering practices.
• Supervising and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
• Driving continuous improvement.
• Coordinating and securing delivery phases.
• Leading network transformation projects.
• Providing clear and concise reporting to management.

Requirements:

• 7-8 years of experience in networking, including experience as a technical lead.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS and/or GCP Cloud environments with certification.
• Strong skills in infrastructure development (Python, Terraform) and DevOps culture.
• Ability to lead and coach a technical team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing service providers.
• Solid understanding of Agile methods and product-oriented processes.
• Professional level of English (B2 minimum).
