Product Manager Upstream Order SAP S4

Job Description

Decathlon Digital is seeking a Product Manager SAP S4 to join their Upstream Order Management team. The role is based in Lille or Paris and involves working within the Digital and Value Chain teams, specifically the Supply & Material Planning sub-domain. This sub-domain focuses on building, transforming, and maintaining the company's supply processes to optimize component planning and finished product production, in collaboration with global production offices and suppliers.

The Product Manager will be responsible for transforming functional requirements into detailed specifications, collaborating with SAP consultants, and conducting unit and integration tests. They will also lead a group of user representatives to gather feedback and manage the continuous improvement of the SAP S4 product.

Role involves:

• Transforming functional requirements into detailed specifications.

Requirements:

• Experience in Product Management or a strong interest in product development.
• Significant experience with SAP, ideally S4, and MM/SD modules.
• User-centric approach with the ability to understand user problems.
• Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions to keep the product team focused.
• Agile mindset focused on continuous improvement and collective intelligence.
• Passion for sports and digital technologies.
