Job Description
LA28 is seeking a Manager, In-Venue Hospitality (IVH) to oversee venue-specific hospitality operations within Olympic and Paralympic venues. This role is crucial for executing all operational aspects of in-venue hospitality, including attendee flow logistics, transportation coordination, accreditation processing, and access control. The Manager will serve as a liaison between On Location’s hospitality execution plans and LA28’s internal functional areas.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee hospitality operations at Olympic and Paralympic venues.
- Manage entry and access control for hospitality guests.
- Develop operational plans to optimize attendee flow.
- Liaise with Event Venue Management and Venue Infrastructure teams.
- Coordinate hospitality-specific transportation logistics.
- Oversee accreditation management and distribution of vehicle access passes.
- Provide regular operational updates and reports.
Requirements: - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in event operations, venue management, or hospitality logistics.
- Strong understanding of large-scale event operations.
- Proven ability to lead complex event logistics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field required, or equivalent work experience.
