Sr. Associate, Hospitality Revenue Analyst

Job Description

LA28 is seeking a Senior Associate, Hospitality Revenue Analyst to join their Commercial Hospitality team. This team is dedicated to redefining the Olympic and Paralympic hospitality experience by delivering premium, revenue-generating packages for key stakeholders and fans. In partnership with On Location, LA28’s Official Hospitality Provider, the team is responsible for integrating a commercial hospitality strategy that maximizes asset value and ensures revenue optimization.

Reporting to the Head of Hospitality, the Senior Associate will focus on financial modeling, revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and financial reporting for the hospitality business, including tracking usage of key hospitality assets. This role will specifically ensure accurate tracking and reporting of revenues generated from On Location’s sales of hospitality packages and assets, ensuring alignment with LA28’s overall revenue objectives.

Role Involves:

• Developing and maintaining revenue forecasts for hospitality assets.
• Conducting financial modeling to assess pricing strategies and revenue opportunities.
• Building and managing dashboards to track revenue performance and pricing trends.
• Generating detailed financial reports and presentations.
• Acting as a liaison with On Location’s external sales teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue management, or pricing strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and pricing optimization.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, or other data visualization software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field required.
