Release Engineer

Job Description

Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Release Engineer to join their team in Cambridge. The Release Engineering team plays a crucial role in creating software updates, ensuring stability, troubleshooting issues, and liaising between the Support and Development teams.

In this role, the Release Engineer will be involved in:

• Identifying and diagnosing issues within the Darktrace platform.
• Liaising between the development team and the support team.
• Developing, configuring, and automating systems and services.

Requirements for this role include:

• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with Linux command lines.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently.
• A strong desire for continual learning.
