Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Key Account Director to manage strategic accounts within the Global 500. The Key Account Director will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals and generating revenue from new customers. This role involves working with a dedicated team of experienced sales professionals and reporting directly to the senior leadership team.
Responsibilities: - Focusing on strategic accounts within the Global 500.
- Identifying opportunities and mapping accounts.
- Expanding key stakeholder relationships.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Leading projects (POCs) with strategic scale opportunities.
- Running commercial negotiations.
- Mapping key accounts and developing strategic relationships with executive stakeholders (C-Level and below).
Requirements: - Full-cycle sales experience of large cyber security sales at the strategic level.
- Ability to leverage an existing network to develop a client base within the first 6-9 months.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to hunt for new business and build rapport with senior key decision makers.
