Senior Solutions Engineer

Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their expanding technical team in Italy. This role focuses on pre-sales activities, working with Key Account Managers to meet customer needs with Darktrace solutions. The Senior Solutions Engineer will design and manage pre-sales deployments, develop technical relationships with customers and partners, and serve as a trusted advisor.Responsibilities include:

• Designing and documenting success criteria and business case materials.
• Supporting responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Designing deployment plans and architectures for customers.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer cyber role or software sales engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of on-premise and cloud networking.
• Strong knowledge in the cyber security domain.
• Experience in public speaking and senior-level presentations.
• Experience defining security strategies.
• Practical understanding of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
