This role involves strategic planning, product development, and growth of card products. The director will lead multidisciplinary squads from ideation to successful business outcomes. They will work with executives on strategy and with teams on execution.

Role Involves:

Requirements:
  • Strong experience leading and scaling high-performing teams in card product development.
  • Expertise in Minsait to optimize card processing systems.
  • Strong partnerships with Visa and MasterCard.
  • Fintech experience to drive innovation.
  • Experience in B2B environments.
  • Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English Level.
