Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer to join their Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards for clients, providing industry-leading, AI-powered cyber security protection.Darktrace is looking for someone to assist customers with deploying Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments. The candidate will lead and become a trusted advisor to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning. They will manage customer support tickets, assist with technical issues, and proactively engage with customers to maintain a healthy deployment. Fluency in German and English is essential, and fluency in French is desirable.What this role involves:

• Assisting customers with deploying Darktrace technology
• Integrating new systems into existing network architecture
• Managing customer support tickets
• Maintaining communication between go-to-market teams

Requirements:

• Technical educational background or experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer
• Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cyber security principles, and the OSI reference model
• Entry-level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices
• Basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model
• Foundational level knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks
• Fluency in German and English is essential, and fluency in French is desirable
