Job Description
Darktrace is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Go-to-Market team. The Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical lead between clients, partners, and internal teams, delivering solutions tailored to client challenges. This role involves pre-sales and post-sales processes, partnering with account teams to transform opportunities into success stories. Darktrace is a global leader in cyber security AI, delivering complete AI-powered solutions in its mission to free the world of cyber disruption.

Role involves:
  • Serving as the technical lead between clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Positioning Darktrace’s value against client challenges.
  • Qualifying, prioritizing, and driving new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Running custom POVs and contributing to GTM strategies.
  • Planning and designing client-specific deployment strategies.

Requirements:
  • For Associate SE Level: 1.5+ years in software sales engineering (cybersecurity preferred).
  • For Mid-Level SE: 3+ years of experience with customer engagement and deal closing.
  • For Principal SE Level: 7+ years of experience in pre-sales and GTM strategy.
  • Proficiency in technical concepts and communication.
  • Knowledge of networking technologies and cybersecurity methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
