Darktrace is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Go-to-Market team. The Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical lead between clients, partners, and internal teams, delivering solutions tailored to client challenges. This role involves pre-sales and post-sales processes, partnering with account teams to transform opportunities into success stories. Role involves:
- Serving as the technical lead between clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Positioning Darktrace’s value against client challenges.
- Qualifying, prioritizing, and driving new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Running custom POVs and contributing to GTM strategies.
- Planning and designing client-specific deployment strategies.
Requirements:
- For Associate SE Level: 1.5+ years in software sales engineering (cybersecurity preferred).
- For Mid-Level SE: 3+ years of experience with customer engagement and deal closing.
- For Principal SE Level: 7+ years of experience in pre-sales and GTM strategy.
- Proficiency in technical concepts and communication.
- Knowledge of networking technologies and cybersecurity methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
