• Serving as the technical lead between clients, partners, and internal Darktrace teams.
• Delivering value stories to customers based on market-recognized experience.
• Contributing to global sales, POV, and GTM strategy.
• Developing and maintaining direct relationships with critical/high-value customers.
• Discovering and creating prospect-specific quantifiable value statements.
• Supporting peers as a subject matter expert.
• Enabling others on discovery, metrics, and success criteria.
• Contributing to regional POV strategy and wider technical initiatives.
• Traveling regionally and internationally to client sites.

• 7+ years in a software sales engineering role, cybersecurity preferred.
• Advanced and recognized global industry expert.
• Strong knowledge in on-premises and cloud networking and technologies.
• Ability to consult at all levels (C-level, SOC, engineers, buyers, etc.).
• Experience presenting technical Network Security Solutions to Clients and Channel Partners.
• Proven track record of developing and nurturing relationships with Partner's technical and sales resources.
• Ability to establish new Channel Driven pipeline, educate on customer technical criteria/outcomes, and address competitive market advantages.
• Highly autonomous, able to develop resources to run specialized projects.
• Impactful within early-stage meetings and with C-level.
• Consistent long-term ability to drive new business.
• Passion for staying updated with cybersecurity trends.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Fluent in Spanish and conversational English.
