Customer Data Engineer (Spanish or Portuguese Speaking)

Job Description

Optimove is seeking a Customer Data Engineer to join its growing global team. In this role, the individual will collaborate with internal teams to create tailored data transformations and manipulations, utilizing cloud technology. The Customer Data Engineer will work closely with CSM teams and interact directly with clients' data teams across various business verticals.

• Develop and support data transformations and migrations.
• Construct custom ETL processes, including designing and implementing data pipelines and data marts.
• Investigate data mismatches and implement solutions.
• Support Customer Success teams to meet customer business needs.
• Interact with clients to understand business needs and collaborate on project scopes, planning, and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Outstanding technical and analytical skills.
• Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic.
• High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Quick, self-learning capabilities and creativity in problem-solving.
