Optimove, a global marketing tech company, is seeking a Partnerships Manager based in Brazil. The Partnerships Manager will help expand Optimove's footprint in the local gaming market. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the Brazilian iGaming industry, with a proven track record in business development and relationship management. This is a remote position based in Brazil.
Responsibilities: - Identify and establish strategic partnerships with gaming platforms, operators, agencies, and consultants across Brazil and LATAM.
- Own and drive the partnership strategy for the region, working in alignment with global teams.
- Attend and represent the company at key gaming conferences, expos, and industry events across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Brazilian gaming ecosystem.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to align partnership efforts with company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to activation and ongoing relationship management.
- Report regularly on partnership performance, pipeline status, and regional market insights.
Key Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in the Brazilian gaming/iGaming industry.
- Strong business development and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong network within the local gaming ecosystem is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.
- Fluent English – a must.
- Proficiency in Spanish- an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Brazil and internationally as needed.
