Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Description

Optimove is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on backend development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Node.js and a keen interest in expanding their skills. Experience with NestJS and cloud platforms will be a significant advantage. This role is based in Estonia and offers the opportunity to work with a global marketing tech company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
• Implement and manage APIs for webs
• Work with databases, including designing schemas and writing efficient queries
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Fullstack development, with a stronger emphasis on backend technologies
• Proficiency in Node.js
• Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL, including database design, normalization, indexing, and optimizing SQL queries for performance
