Job Description
Harbor is seeking a Consultant to join their Data Discovery and Management team. This role focuses on supporting legal hold and eDiscovery system implementations. The Consultant will work remotely within the US, with a preference for candidates located near the Chicago headquarters. They will be involved in various aspects of project delivery, from requirements gathering to system configuration and data migration.
The role involves:
- Supporting implementation engagements
- Participating in requirements gathering and solution design workshops
- Preparing project deliverables and documentation
- Configuring legal hold and eDiscovery systems
- Performing data analysis and facilitating data migration
- Assisting with project management activities
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in legal consulting, technology consulting, or eDiscovery
- Experience in technology implementation projects
- Hands-on experience with Exterro, Relativity Legal Hold, M365 Purview, DISCO, Nuix, Reveal, Mitratech LegalHold, OpenText, or similar systems
- Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of business requirements gathering, data mapping, workflow development, data migration, testing, or project management
- Working knowledge of EDRM, litigation, legal technology, data preservation, metadata, or data retention
- U.S. work authorization
