Job Description
Harbor is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant to join their team. The Senior Associate Consultant will provide technology services to corporate legal departments around Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The role involves supporting a strong pipeline of Contract Lifecycle Management implementation and assessment projects. This role is open to remote work in any US location, with a preference for those in Chicago.
The role involves:
- Supporting multiple engagements and client relationships
- Assisting in service delivery and project administration
- Providing guidance and contributing to the completion of deliverables and client commitments
- Developing current and future client relationships through exceptional service delivery
- Facilitating information gathering workshops with senior stakeholders
- Contributing to the development and presentation of recommendations and implementation roadmaps
- Creating CLM process documentation, workflow diagrams, and other deliverables
- Supporting change management strategies and facilitating key tasks
- Partnering with client teams to develop training curriculum and materials
- Assisting in project management for system implementation projects
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in legal consulting or with a CLM provider
- Experience performing CLM process and/or technology assessments
- Hands-on experience using and/or administering Ironclad, Agiloft, and/or Malbek is preferred
- Four-year degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of CLM technologies, AI opportunities, and legal operations
- Ability to independently support multiple concurrent engagements and clients
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Willingness to self-study and learn new concepts or technologies
- Permanent US work authorization
