Harbor is seeking a Junior Consultant to join their 3E Managed Services team within the Legal Technology and Operations (LT+O) practice group. This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Belfast, UK.The Junior Consultant will collaborate with a skilled team from diverse backgrounds across multiple time zones. The consultant will ensure successful client engagements and maintain client satisfaction through issue resolution and continuous improvement tasks.Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve complex applications within the framework.
• Maintain existing applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
• Maintain business domain knowledge and best practices.
• Adhere to SLAs.
• Install various software.
• Upgrade systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or equivalent.
• Object-Oriented Programming knowledge.
• Knowledge of VB, C#, SQL, XML, Web Services.
• Knowledge of Windows Operating System.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and learn new skillsets.
