Qumulo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to focus on the complete lifecycle of a portfolio of customers. This role involves nurturing relationships to ensure customer success with Qumulo's products. The Customer Success Manager will onboard, coordinate installation, engage, retain, and enable customers to manage their data effectively.Responsibilities include:
Owning the success of Qumulo customers, including onboarding, installation, retention, and renewal.
Driving seamless onboarding processes and coordinating with partners, account teams, and customers.
Working cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and engineering teams.
Prioritizing and driving resolution for customer issues.
Attending and presenting data-driven quarterly business reviews.
Providing feedback to engineering and product teams.
Keeping customers informed of product improvements.
Requirements include:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Experience in customer-facing/support roles.
Two years of experience minimum.
Experience working in a collaborative environment.
Experience managing the success of up to 75 accounts.
Ability to travel up to 10%.
