Job Description
Coefficient, a VC-backed SaaS startup, is seeking a Commercial Sales Development Representative to join their team in Austin. This is a hybrid role that will require spending a few days a week in the Austin office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying net new opportunities to drive the top of the funnel for the Commercial Account Executive team.
- Identifying and creating net new pipeline
- Qualifying prospects to accelerate deal cycles
- Becoming a Coefficient expert and deeply understand core personas, their pain points, and value propositions
- Creating and executing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Innovating and trying out new tactics to grow the GTM team
- >6 months prior experience in a business development role in B2B SAAS
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Desire to grow, learn, and develop career in B2B sales
- High professionalism and attention to detail
- Opportunity to be an integral part of the go-to-market team
