Job Description

Zenjob SE, a personnel service provider headquartered in Berlin, is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to help shape the future of B2B marketing. The role involves being the creative force behind campaigns, content ideas, and event experiences that resonate with the B2B target audience. The B2B Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Senior B2B Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager, design team, and sales team to develop strategic and attention-grabbing content that drives conversions.

Role Involves:

• Developing and implementing content marketing campaigns for various online and offline channels.
• Supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives with personalized campaigns for key clients.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop creative approaches for growth and customer retention.
• Planning and executing B2B events (online and offline) to create business potential.
• Supporting the development of a strong B2B inbound lead pipeline and achieving goals set by the Head of Marketing.

Requirements:

• Creative mind with a knack for catchy headlines, campaign ideas, and engaging content.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or related fields.
• Proactive, independent work style and project management skills.
• Good knowledge of B2B strategies, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus.
• Passion for events and creating memorable brand experiences.
