Job Description
Coefficient is seeking a Revenue Operations teammate to be the first of its kind at the company. This role will own the tool stack and handle operations for Sales, Support, Success, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who produces high-quality work and can partner with the COO and sales & marketing leadership.This role involves:
- Partnering with leadership on sales teams for reporting, process optimization, systems, and execution.
- Supporting sales team members and anticipating their needs.
- Owning weekly forecasting and metrics review meetings.
- Optimizing customer-facing team tools (Hubspot, Apollo, Zendesk, and Grain).
- Improving operational effectiveness and driving improvements for the sales team.
- Owning sales team operational functions, including setting quotas and building territories.
- Anticipating upcoming issues and proactively surfacing them.
Requirements include:
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Experience supporting sales teams in a hypergrowth SAAS sales motion.
- Experience with financial modeling and SAAS revenue reporting.
- Track record of producing results for a dynamic sales team.
- Experience with product-led businesses (a plus).
- SQL knowledge (a strong plus).
