Stone, a technology and financial services company, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team in Palmas, Tocantins, Brazil. Stone focuses on customer satisfaction and transforming the payments industry to support Brazilian entrepreneurship. The company is the largest independent payment solutions provider in Brazil, with over fifteen thousand employees across the country.
The Sales Consultant will work externally to prospect new clients, manage a portfolio of active clients, participate in daily team meetings, provide excellent customer service, and achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients in the assigned territory.
- Manage a portfolio of active clients and provide post-sales support.
- Participate in daily team meetings to plan, set goals, and share learnings.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Completed high school education.
- Prior experience in external sales within the acquiring or financial services sector is desirable.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work towards targets.
