dbt Labs is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their Enterprise Onboarding team. This team is focused on improving the onboarding experience for dbt Cloud enterprise customers. The role involves building admin experiences that are easily configurable and secure. The primary goal is to speed up the adoption of dbt Cloud by making setup easy for administrators.Responsibilities include:
- Revamping the admin dashboard and notifications
- Developing audit log UI and streaming to SIEMs and webhooks
- Working across the stack (front-end and back-end)
- Collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers
- Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming
- Experience across the stack (Python, Go, React, and Typescript)
- Experience designing and building API-driven applications (REST and/or gRPC and OAuth)
- Ability to balance speed of delivery with scalable, reusable components
- Passion for design and code reviews
- High motivation and ability to work autonomously
- Systematic problem-solving approach and strong communication skills
