The Stone company is seeking a passionate and experienced Líder de Vendas - Inside Sales to lead a team focused on inbound and outbound sales in Rio de Janeiro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, developing individual team members, and ensuring a client-focused approach.

The role involves:

  • Managing team deliveries, indicators, operational results, and routines.
  • Analyzing indicators and building action plans.
  • Developing the team through structured PDIs and action plans.
  • Understanding the market deeply.
  • Contributing new insights regarding flows, processes, and results.
  • Executing projects focused on process improvement.
  • Training new employees.
  • Participating in the hiring process.
  • Conducting routine team meetings.
  • Ensuring the quality of the team's sales process.

Requirements include:

  • Prior leadership experience (minimum 6 months).
  • A genuine desire to lead people.
  • Higher education degree.
  • Excel proficiency for reporting and complex indicator analysis.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to articulate problems with different audiences.
  • Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
