Stone is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join their Risk | Credit team. This role involves managing and measuring credit risk, supporting credit areas, and offering financial solutions to entrepreneurs. The analyst will focus on managing credit groups, conducting studies, mapping processes, and proposing improvements. Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on the customer, with more than fifteen thousand people spread across the country.

Role Involves:
• Transforming data into actionable insights.
• Creating and maintaining performance indicators.
• Conducting studies using internal and external data.
• Validating requests to IT/Analytics teams.
• Optimizing and automating processes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in Credit/Credit Risk/Fraud areas.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python (Pandas and Pyspark).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with DataBricks, AWS, and S3.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and similar tools.
• Strong analytical profile with experience in data analysis and metrics.
• Knowledge of processes for individuals and legal entities.
