Stone is seeking an Account Executive Enterprise- Hunter to join their team in São Paulo. The company is a technology and financial services firm focused on providing excellent service to its clients. Stone aims to transform the payments industry and empower Brazilian entrepreneurs.
The Account Executive Enterprise- Hunter will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by strengthening brand positioning and building lasting relationships with Enterprise clients. This involves actively prospecting new clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Mapping e-commerce businesses compatible with Pagar.me's products and features.
- Prospecting e-commerce businesses and generating interest in Pagar.me's products.
- Diagnosing client problems/opportunities and connecting them with Pagar.me's features.
- Negotiating and selling products consultatively, delivering the best possible solutions.
- Onboarding clients onto the system.
- Managing and monitoring clients throughout the sales process.
- Identifying opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and new business ventures.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Payments market.
- Experience in sales with major accounts.
- Experience with active prospecting and generating relevant opportunities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage routines, activities, goals, and results.
- Resilience in achieving goals and solving problems.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Availability to work twice a week in the SP office.
