Job Description

Stone is seeking a Gerente de Pré-Vendas to lead its pre-sales team. The role is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and involves a hybrid work model with two days of onsite presence per week.

The Gerente de Pré-Vendas will play a crucial role in prospecting new clients and strengthening Stone's presence in the Brazilian e-commerce market. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a coordinator or manager in Inside Sales and a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and ideal customer profile.

Responsibilities:

  • Directing the pre-sales team, aligning strategic objectives with the tactical plan.
  • Evolving funnel and commercial production controls to maximize results.
  • Continuously evaluating team performance and prospecting results using data analytics.
  • Implementing continuous training programs to enhance team skills.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborating with internal product, sales operations, sales enablement, and account executive teams.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment and strengthening team engagement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a coordinator or manager in Inside Sales.
  • Understanding of the market, competitors, and ideal customer profile.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Spin Selling and Receita Previsível.
  • Ability to map and analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
