Job Description
Stone Digital is seeking an Account Executive - Hunter to positively impact the company's results and expansion. The Hunter's mission involves strengthening brand positioning and creating lasting client relationships.This role involves passive prospecting, negotiation, and sales funnel closure, converting leads qualified by the SDR team. It also includes actively seeking new clients, negotiating, and closing coherent commercial proposals.Responsibilities:
  • Mapping e-commerce businesses compatible with Pagar.me's product and features.
  • Prospecting e-commerce businesses and generating interest in the product.
  • Diagnosing problems/opportunities in the client's operation and connecting solutions with Pagar.me's features.
  • Negotiating and selling products consultatively, building and delivering the best possible solution.
  • Onboarding clients onto the system.
  • Managing and monitoring clients throughout the sales process until proposal closure.
  • Managing the client portfolio to identify service improvements, build relationships, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the commercial area and with Inside Sales.
  • Experience with active prospecting and the ability to generate adherent opportunities.
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques (e.g., Spin Selling).
  • Results-oriented and focused on closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage your routine, activities, goals, and results.
  • Proactive in learning and continuously improving.
  • Resilience to achieve goals and solve problems.
