Wrike is seeking an Office Coordinator to ensure seamless and efficient office operations in Prague. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a supportive and productive workplace. This role involves collaborating with the Operations Team and various departments to maintain the office environment and shape a thriving workplace culture.Responsibilities include:
Maintaining common areas, conference rooms, and kitchens, ensuring proper supplies are stocked.
Coordinating building safety initiatives following OSHA requirements and safety programs.
Managing purchasing control over office-related supplies and working with the Finance Department.
Conducting daily site walk checklists to ensure flawless execution and remediate any dangerous conditions.
Ensuring meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are in ready-to-use condition.
Maintaining office equipment and greenery.
Coordinating catering and overseeing operational needs.
Handling day-to-day office issues and maintaining internal Wrike spaces/policies.
Supporting events and managing swag for employee programs.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in office management, facilities, or operations roles.
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive and results-oriented approach.
Familiarity with OSHA requirements and experience coordinating safety programs is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel is a plus.
