Product Content Engineer

Job Description

Wrike is seeking a Product Content Engineer to join their Solution Innovation team. This role involves crafting compelling content for multiple channels, bridging the gap between technical functionality and business value. The Product Content Engineer will report to the Manager of Solution Innovation and operate in a hybrid work mode, ensuring flexibility and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Crafting compelling Wrike product demonstrations.
• Designing and iterating on in-product templates and solutions.
• Aligning demo environments and use cases.
• Resolving demo account help requests.
• Gathering feedback from stakeholders and customers.
• Generating creative solutions for Sales and Success teams.
• Partnering with product teams to share feedback.

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2-4 years of relevant experience in a sales, sales engineering, customer success, or marketing role within a SaaS environment OR a project management role in Marketing, Professional Services, Product Manufacturing, IT, Software Development, Construction, or another similar industry.
