Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Social & Search)

Job Description

Wrike is seeking a skilled Paid Ads Marketing Specialist to join their paid digital team. The role is based in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing ad campaigns across paid social and search platforms, generating high-quality leads, and maximizing revenue.

The role involves:

• Creating and optimizing paid digital campaigns on paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn) and paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Monitoring and adjusting budgets, targets, and bids based on performance data.
• Developing comprehensive reports on campaign performance.
• Collaborating with Design, Content, and Data Analyst teams to develop ad creatives and optimize landing pages.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, focusing on paid social and/or paid search campaigns.
• Experience in a B2B company is a plus.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Expertise in audience building and keyword research.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced digital marketing environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or BI analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills.
