Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Wrike is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their international Product Design team in Prague. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing Wrike's product missions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and solving customer and business problems.

The Senior Product Designer will report to product design team which consists of 15+ full-stack product designers, 3 UX researchers, 3 UX writers, a Design System Architect, 2 UX Architects, 3 Design Managers and a Head of Product Design.

Role Involves:

• Leading product design strategy.
• Actively designing and building products.
• Constructing compelling artifacts (wireframes, conceptual diagrams, task flows, storyboards, etc.).
• Meeting with customers and development partners.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of customer experience tools and processes.
• Assisting in customer research activities.
• Collaborating with development teams and business leaders.
• Participating in design-thinking exercises.

Requirements:

• Significant professional design experience.
• Proven knowledge of human-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to visualize and prototype intended solutions.
• Ability to present designs to a wide range of audiences.
• Proven track record of helping cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think outside of the box and generate ideas rapidly.
• Expertise to draw conclusions from datasets.
• Ability to identify cracks in a complex system.
• Competency to clearly and concisely articulate design decisions.
• A habit to proactively seek working design solutions.
• Familiarity with customer research methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile software design methods.
