Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their international Product Design team in Nicosia. The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer and business problems, utilizing interaction and interface design skills. Wrike promotes a hybrid model for team members near office hubs, with 2–3 in-office days per week.

The role involves:
  • Leading product design strategy.
  • Actively designing and building products.
  • Constructing compelling artifacts (wireframes, diagrams, flows).
  • Meeting with customers for design validation.
  • Improving customer experience tools and processes.
  • Collaborating with development teams and business leaders.
  • Participating in design-thinking exercises.

Requirements:
  • Significant professional design experience.
  • Proven knowledge of human-centered design methodologies.
  • Ability to visualize and prototype solutions.
  • Ability to present designs to various audiences.
  • Track record of helping cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think outside the box and generate ideas.
  • Competency to articulate design decisions.
  • Familiarity with customer research methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with agile software design methods.
