Job Description
Americold is offering an internship program for students to gain practical experience in supply chain and cold storage logistics. The intern will be involved in real projects across various departments, contributing to meaningful tasks while learning from industry experts.
What the role involves:
- Assisting in day-to-day operations at a temperature-controlled facility.
- Analyzing data to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
- Learning cold chain logistics fundamentals and Americold best practices.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field).
- Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Have an interest in logistics, operations, or warehousing.
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data analysis tools a plus.
