Clutch, Canada’s largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their Transaction Compliance & Funding team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in finalizing financing transactions and upholding the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sales Team to ensure document accuracy.
  • Keep detailed records of all transactions.
  • Build out processes to increase efficiencies.
  • Minimize Clutch’s risk exposure by adhering to internal credit policies.
  • Liaise with financial partners to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative, account management or sales roles
  • Effective in time management and prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain composure under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Detail oriented and focused on quality work
  • Comfortable working 100% on-site at Clutch's downtown Toronto office
