The Admin Executive role at a company in Mumbai is responsible for managing transport logistics, facility maintenance, and employee support. The role ensures efficient operations, cost optimization, and compliance. This position requires coordinating rosters, addressing incidents, preparing MIS reports, and maintaining office functionality while fostering smooth day-to-day workflows.

Role Involves:

  • Generating pickup and drop rosters.
  • Effective route planning for better vehicle utilization.
  • Managing and coordinating all drops in the night shift.
  • Handling employee queries and escalations.
  • Replying to transport-related emails.
  • Handling vendor on-ground staff.
  • Attending and controlling transport incidents.
  • Implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Preparing and maintaining transport MIS.
  • Maintaining cab and driver compliance.
  • Assisting in the upkeep of the facility during the night shift.
  • Supporting senior admin in organizing and managing office events.
  • Managing printing, stationery, and consumable supplies.
  • Handling the access control system.
  • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the office.
  • Ensuring all facility records are maintained and updated regularly.
  • Handling MIS and medical data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a team.
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good geographical knowledge of Mumbai, Central & Western suburbs, Navi Mumbai & other adjoining locations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity.
