Job Description
IPG is seeking a Print Invoice Specialist for a temporary position lasting until 10/15/2025. The Print Invoice Specialist will be responsible for matching and clearing invoices received with print/digital buys within IPG media systems. The specialist will collaborate with buyers and publications to resolve discrepancies, communicate with publications for missing invoices, and print required system reports.
Role Involves:
- Clearing print and digital invoices in IPG media systems
- Checking remittance addresses
- Communicating with print buyers to resolve discrepancies
- Communicating with publications for missing invoices
- Requesting and printing required system reports
- Following IPG’s Standard Policies and Procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years A/P experience preferred
- Good verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented
- Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives
