Job Description
Appfire is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive product adoption and revenue growth for its Software Engineering Intelligence (SEI) platform. This role involves defining go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and enablement materials. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Product Marketing and can work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Role Involves:
  • Conducting market and competitive analyses.
  • Developing market segmentation models.
  • Translating technical product features into value propositions.
  • Partnering with product management to inform the product roadmap.
  • Defining and executing integrated launch plans.
  • Creating and maintaining product marketing materials.
  • Organizing training sessions for internal teams.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and customers to gather success stories.
  • Creating high-impact content assets.
  • Building relationships with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years focusing on enterprise software or software engineering-related products.
  • Strong understanding of software development and engineering practices.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
